Let us start with the departure times. For those who start their adventure in Argentine Patagonia or whose connecting flight makes it easier to come from Argentina than from Chile, we offer 7 AM departures from El Calafate.

  • First stop: Our first stop is an hour after our departure, in the town of Esperanza. You will have a moment to stretch your legs or take some pictures of the landscape and surroundings.
  • Second stop:  Our second stop is Cerro Castillo around 11 AM. This is an excellent time to walk and enjoy the views without straying too far from the van. We will spend approximately 15 minutes there.
  • Remember that going between the countries requires stopping at two border stations: Cancha Carrera on the Argentine side and Cerro Castillo on the Chilean side. Note that you must have valid travel documents on hand.
  • Finally, we arrive at the hotel at 1 PM. Now in Chilean Patagonia, you can leave your bags in your room and continue your experience in Torres del Paine National Park.
  • Upon arrival at Hotel Las Torres, transfer passengers have time for lunch at the hotel and may, if they wish, arrange a half-day excursion, which is included in the rate.
(Additional charges apply for transfers from hotels outside El Calafate).
