Our Mission at Guest Experience
From the moment your vacation at Hotel Las Torres begins, you’ll be welcomed by two teams: Reception and Guest Experience. The Reception team will provide you with your electronic room key and complete your check-in, while the Guest Experience team will ensure that every moment of your stay with us is memorable.
Our Guest Experience team consists of bilingual professionals who are ready to support you with any needs that may arise during your stay. They can assist with details like the schedule for when our horses are brought in front of the hotel, or suggest activities to enjoy during your downtime.
The team is led by Gabriel Broussaingaray, along with three tourism professionals: Catalina Velarde, Cristina Mella, and Francisca Villamán. Together, they’ll go above and beyond to bring a smile to your face each and every day.
How to Find the Guest Experience Team
Our team is always on the move around the hotel, engaging with guests and ensuring that everyone is having a pleasant stay. So whether you’re heading to breakfast, on your way to an excursion, or simply exploring the hotel grounds, you’ll likely encounter a team member who will be more than happy to check in on your experience.

What Services Can Guest Experience Provide?
Through Guest Experience, you can arrange a variety of activities to enhance your stay. If you’re part of our All-Inclusive program, you can reserve the traditional lamb experience, where you’ll enjoy one of the most representative dishes of local cuisine alongside other guests. One of our team members will introduce you to the experience, ensuring you have everything you need to make it even more memorable.
You can also arrange visits to our bio-intensive garden, a sustainable agriculture area located on the hotel grounds. This sensory experience provides insight into how we produce chemical- and pesticide-free foods in the middle of Torres del Paine National Park.
Our team can also help you organize special elements for personal occasions, whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or perhaps a proposal.
