Attention, Patagonia lovers! If you’re looking for an authentic way to immerse yourself in the untamed nature of Torres del Paine, camping in the national park is your best option. Each morning, you’ll wake up in your tent and immediately connect with the breathtaking landscapes found only in this corner of the world. At Las Torres Patagonia, we offer several strategically located campsites, each providing a unique experience you won’t want to miss.

Central Camping: At the Entrance to the Base Torres Trail

Let’s start with our Central Camping, the closest to the main entrance and located near our Welcome Center and Central Lodge. This is the starting point for the trek to the Base Torres viewpoint, making it a great choice if your goal is to conquer this must-see destination in the national park.

Central Camping offers facilities designed to meet all your needs as a camper, including hot showers, places to purchase food, and various camping spots to suit your preferences. This is the perfect place if you want to explore the heart of the park comfortably and be near various points of interest.

Chileno Camping: Just a Few Hours from Base Torres

If you want to be closer to the granite towers and start your hike early, Chileno Camping is ideal. Located halfway to the viewpoint, this campsite provides a peaceful space with essential services and a welcoming atmosphere among fellow hikers. We offer meal services, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plus, if you feel like celebrating at the end of the day, ask for a beer to enjoy with your trail companions.

To reach Chileno Camping, simply cross the path to Base Torres, passing through the Ascencio Valley, the Wind Pass, and the Ascencio River. The granite towers are just a few hours’ hike through the Lenga forest and the moraine.

Cuernos Camping: Stunning Views of Lake Nordenskjöld

If you haven’t heard, Cuernos is one of the most stunning sites in Torres del Paine National Park, and with Las Torres Patagonia, you’ll have the opportunity to camp right here. Located along a key section of the W Circuit, this campsite allows you to enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Nordenskjöld.

Waking up at Cuernos Camping is a unique experience, with the calm of the lake at your feet and snow-capped peaks on the horizon. In addition to its impressive location, this site offers rest areas, meal services, bathrooms, and access to drinking water, making it a perfect refuge for visitors looking to explore the park’s iconic sites.

Francés Camping: Steps Away from the British Viewpoint

For viewpoint lovers, this is your option. Our Francés Camping, located near the valley of the same name and the trail to Grey Glacier, is a strategic spot for adventurers wanting to visit one of our favorite places in the national park, the British Viewpoint.

The Francés area also features our new café, equipped with everything you need to enjoy a hot coffee, grab snacks for the trail, or perhaps share a beer with your adventure buddies.

This camping site is ideal if you want to be surrounded by glaciers and forests in a relaxed environment, full of spots to take that perfect photo to remember your stay in Torres del Paine.

Serón Camping: Your Starting Point for the O Circuit

If you ever decide to take on the challenging and stunning O Circuit, one of your favorite spots along the way will be Serón Camping. Located near the Paine River, it’s the first stop on this epic journey.

Serón is situated 4 hours from Central Sector, and along the way, you’ll enjoy expansive views of Patagonia’s most iconic elements—a sneak peek of what lies ahead in this adventure that can take up to 8 days.
