At the southern end of South America, in the region now known as the country of Chile, one of the most spectacular settings on planet Earth has been raised for millennia.

Baptized in 1950 as Torres del Paine National Park, this unique ecosystem and protected by the Chilean State, today has 200 thousand hectares of forests, lakes, mountains and multiple wild species that, as a whole, make up an unforgettable landscape for those who visit it.

There, in the middle of the Patagonian nature, in the heart of the National Park, today operates one of the most attractive tourist proposals with an interesting history of hostel and stay in Chilean Patagonia: Las Torres Patagonia, which offers travellers options for accommodation at Las Torres Hotel, Camping and Mountain Hostels.

Located next to the famous trekking circuits of the Park, the W Circuit and the great O Circuit, Las Torres Reserve is the result of a long family history that dates back to 1905, when the Croatian immigrant Antonio Kusanovic Jercic arrived in these lands at the age of 15. In 1926, his son Antonio Kusanovic Senkovic was born, who would follow in his footsteps.

Like the robust lenga beeches of the Park, Don Antonio put down roots. He acquired lands, had children and built a typical cattle ranch that, little by little, became a hotel for the few tourists who ventured into these distant places in the 1990s.

With the generational change, Las Torres Patagonia emerged as such, an ecotourism destination that incorporates certified international conservation practices. Working today to protect the natural environment by preserving history, gastronomy and local traditions, while providing the best tourist experiences to its visitors.

In Las Torres Patagonia, travellers not only have the Park's trekking circuits at hand, but they can also learn about and savour sustainable agriculture in the regenerative organic garden of Las Torres Hotel, taste sustainable cocktail creations in the exceptional Pionero Bar and be fascinated by unique excursions.

This is the case of the sighting of wild Patagonian fauna: pumas, condors, South Andean deers, guanacos and many more; get to know the baqueans’ (local experts) culture and experience of the or simply marvel at the impressive views of the different seasons that many love.
